I painted this at my flat on Campbell Parade, Bondi Beach in 1990 after attending a party where I felt very uncomfortable and out of place, hence the straight jackets I suppose. The only person I knew there was a beautiful lady called Amanda Lovejoy, who's eyes sparkled when she smiled. She made it bearable. The caption reads, "Quite a good turnout!"
